My nursing career has run through critical care, home health and wellness. Across all of it I have kept the same belief: real health is about far more than a number on a scale or what you see in the mirror.

Today I combine that clinical background with my work in confidence, body transformation and sexual wellness. As a Registered Nurse and Certified Sexual Wellness Coach, my aim is to help people reconnect with themselves and feel at home in their own bodies again.
