When you submit the appointment or event form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, your contact preference, the service and time you requested, and anything you choose to write in the notes field. We do not ask for health history, insurance details or payment information through this website.

How it is used

Solely to respond to your request and arrange your appointment. Submissions are emailed to the studio and may be passed to the practice’s scheduling or client management system. Information is never sold, rented or shared for advertising.

Health information

Please do not send medical details, diagnoses or test results through this website. Health history is taken privately at your visit, where it is handled under the practice’s clinical records procedures.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
